Our Staff
Pastor Alan Cummings

Pastor Cummings came to Silver Springs Shores in 1995 after serving churches in South
Carolina.  He is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio.  He is married to the Rev. Rhonda
Link-Cummings and they have three children.  Steve lives in Greenville, SC.   Chris is a
professional soccer coach working with several clubs in Orlando and with the UCF
women's program.   Rebecca is working on her masters at Union Presbyterian Seminary
women's program.    Alan is active in the community and serves as treasurer of the Ocala
Soap Box Derby and is treasurer of the SSS Kiwanis Club.  He is assistant Soccer Coach
at Lake Weir HS.
Laurie Rangel - Music Director

Laurie joined the staff in 2003 and is a native of Maryland.  She is married and has two
school aged children.  Laurie teaches Music at Anthony  Elementary School and also
Ralph Limeberry - Director of Special Events and Activities

Ralph retired from Bell & Howell in 1988 in Pennsylvania and moved to Florida.  He
joined our staff in 2001.  Ralph is a good handy man and an excellent carpenter.
Besides helping out with our maintenance starr, Ralph is repsonsible for
coordination all the special events and activities that happen on Campus.   This
includes Thanksgiving Dinner, Operation Christmas Child, Kirk Nites, Drama
Ministry, Soap Box Derby, and more.
Anna Limeberry - Thrift Store Coordinator

Anna has much retail experience having worked at the local Hallmark Store for many
years.  She coordinates all aspects of our Thrift Store and is always looking for
volunteers.  
Barbara Barsel - Administrative Assistant

Barbara joined the staff in 2006.  She has extensive office experience from her days
up north until she retired to Florida.  She was active in the Busy Bee Quilting group

Don Siver - Facilities Mgr
Don joined the staff in 2010 to coordinate the maintenance and cleaning
of all our facilities and grounds.  Don retired from the textile industry
where he specialized in dyes.
